My name is AJ Stockwell. I am a CPA with a confession to make: I don't prepare tax returns. My career has been completely focused working in-house and as an outsourced resource for companies to ensure their books and financial statements are correct.
I have been the CFO and Controller of businesses with revenues ranging from $10m to over $150m per year and bring a business operator's mindset to the outsourced CFO service model.
In 2014, I started selling an online QuickBooks training course, back when QuickBooks Desktop was still the standard. A few years later I released my QuickBooks Online course, and I continue to maintain and update my education platform.
Over time it became clear that there was a need for quality QuickBooks clean-up services.
QuickBooks tries to be user-friendly. But there is no getting around the fact that it is a professional accounting ledger software. If it's being directed by someone without the necessary knowledge and experience, it can go off the rails fast.
